Can political opposites put their differences aside and connect at a human level? And can we learn to?
The award-winning documentary by independent filmmaker Juliana Tafur captures a true social experiment that develops in front of the camera: participants putting their judgment, hatred and finger-pointing over issues like abortion, immigration, and guns to rest. The film explores how understanding why people believe what they believe shake up our perception, open up our hearts and lead to understanding.
After the screening, the filmaker will help facilitate a short workshop with participants to identify the key learnings from this experiment and explore how they can take them and put them to use in their own lives and relationships.
